Our Marketing Team has an opportunity for a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. Explore this opportunity with Psomas and apply todayAbout being our Senior Marketing Coordinator As our Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will work in a collaborative team environment to support our Marketing teams in Arizona, California, Utah, and Washington. You will be involved with a variety of marketing activities that promote Psomas' technical services, drive client acquisition, and enhance brand awareness. You will be instrumental in facilitating the proposal process for large pursuits and high-volume clients from inception to completion. Our Senior Marketing Coordinators compile and produce SOQs, proposals, and interview presentations by following client requirements. You will write and edit staff qualifications, resumes, and project descriptions, print and assemble final proposal packages, and assist and develop interview presentations and other materials as needed. This position is supported by Psomas' Communications Team, which provides company-wide assistance including, but not limited to, public relations, article writing, website upkeep, and graphics support.Responsibility Highlights for our Senior Marketing CoordinatorAnalyze RFP/RFQ requirements and develop detailed RFP/Proposal matrices, including key message and value propositionsManage the proposal process while working with a professional group of coordinators to deliver winning proposals and presentationsCollaborate with project teams to compile and coordinate content for SOQs, proposals, award submissions, and presentation interviews by following client requests, including writing and editing company qualifications, project descriptions, personnel resumes, and graphic conceptsManage and maintain marketing collateral (resumes, project descriptions, photos, etc.) in Unanet databaseMinimum Qualifications to be our Senior Marketing CoordinatorBachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and work experience5+ years of related marketing experience in the Engineering, Architecture, or Construction industry, including a demonstrated proficiency in working with the SF330 formProven track record creating, managing, and clearly articulating proposal and presentation production schedules for high-volume clients and large pursuitsStrong project management, communication, and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple and competing projects and schedulesAbility to manage workflow throughout the proposal process and proactively interface with technical staff to meet critical deadlinesStrong writing and editing proficiency and experience with InDesignPreferred Qualifications for our Senior Marketing CoordinatorPrior experience working on proposals for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) On-CallsProficiency in Unanet, Cosential, Deltek or other CRM softwareHighlighted Benefits for our Senior Marketing Coordinator Enjoy hybrid and flexible work schedules, an inclusive benefit package providing medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee and qualifying family members, a 401(k) with immediate vested company match and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan that is 100% paid by PsomasA competitive salary The expected range for this position is $35 - $41/hour depending on experience Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates8 Paid Holidays & 3 - 4 Weeks of PTO (depending on experience)Career pathing, training + professional developmentStrong History + Bright Future As a 100% employee owned company serving clients throughout the western U.S for over 78 years, Psomas is proud to be an award-winning consulting firm with over 750 employees.
