Job Description:
We seek a Marketing Coordinator to support our full-funnel strategy across multiple platforms. This role will assist in the execution and optimization of media campaigns, maintaining smooth operations and efficient processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Paid Marketing, you will play a key role in campaign execution, process improvement, and documentation.
Responsibilities:Coordinate with external media partners and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.Submit, track, and review asset requests with the Creative Services team.Maintain and enhance tracking documents for real-time updates and easy reference.Work with Content/Brand Marketing and Programming/Partner Marketing teams for up-to-date content information.Assist with scheduling, document management, and other miscellaneous needs.Ensure all monthly invoices are accounted for with the finance team.Support ad hoc projects under paid marketing.Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year supporting a marketing team or working at an ad agency.Proficiency with organizational tools like Google Drive and Asana.Experience with creative assets and basic design specs.Cross-functional team collaboration experience.Experience launching large-scale digital marketing campaigns.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Proactive thinker with the ability to adapt quickly.Curiosity and passion for the entertainment marketing space.
