Accounts Payable Clerk - Position Description

  • 3-6years minimum of Accounts Payable experience. Large company preferred.
  • Experience working with large complex projects and large AP teams.
  • Three-way matching experience for payment verification. Experience in escalation if discrepanciesare identified.
  • Experience processing large volume of invoices, as well as a strong understanding of manual AP process (versus automated).
  • Exposure with high-revenue projects for job costing (example: 1 billion+)
  • Very strong business acumen and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with multiple business units and levels within an organization
  • Ability to hit the ground running and take ramp up quickly
Must Haves
  • 3 years of AP experience within a large/complexenvironment
  • Commitment to amulti-yearopportunityin the San Antonio market
  • Willingness to be on-site 5 days a week (southside of SATX)
  • Eligibility to work in the USA
Preferred
  • Construction background or experience large complex organizations
  • Experience briefing C-level management
  • Bachelor‘s degree
