About You:

We seek well rounded individuals who are energized to help clients with a balanced, solution focused approach. We seek hands on professionals who are comfortable with the high level and details of each engagement. We will be interested in individuals who enjoy interacting with clients, teammates and vendors to collaboratively analyze, design and implement technology solutions for a company's core business process automation.

What You'll Do:

Manage eCommerce and ERP projects from inception through completion Transform business requirements into specifications Lead transformation of specs into code & lead the QA process Proactively communicate plan, status, and issues to clients and team Develop detailed project requirements, testing and QA plans, project plans, task estimates, and Agile SCRUM schedules Provide "Hands On" reviews of all solution functionality with recommendations for solutioning improvements Up to 20% travel may be required

Requirements

Who You Are:

7+ years of proven business analysis, testing/QA and project management success 4+ years leading and delivering eCommerce and ERP projects Demonstrated knowledge of primary functional business flows including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Pick-Pack-Ship WMS, and Inventory Reconciliation Solid understanding of eCommerce (Shopify and Adobe Commerce preferred) and all related technical integrations Solid understanding of ERP (NetSuite preferred) and all technical integrations Strong understanding of data migration and transformation from legacy systems to new source systems Problem solver who loves to collaborate with others over business process and technology solutioning Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field Previous consulting experience a plus

Our team operates virtually. We do require occasional travel for on-site requirements gathering, implementation and post go live hyper care. We employ team members in California, Oregon and Washington state.
