Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Assistant/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
