Description: Are you a detail-oriented Human Resources professional seeking a dynamic opportunity in North Augusta, SC? We are currently seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team on a 6-12 month contract basis. This role offers a great schedule with a 3-day weekend every week, providing an excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities: Organize and maintain personnel records, purging files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Update personnel information in HRIS systems. Assist with development and promotion of wellness campaigns, as well as schedule and organizes benefits events such as Health Fairs, and Biometric Screenings Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations, and employee engagement/company events. Handle various administrative tasks to support the HR department. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - 1-3 years of experience - Confidentiality, Dependability/Reliability, Ethics/Business Compliance - Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to build rapport with all employees and provide information to employees by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
