Position Summary

We are seeking a U. S. based experienced Recruiter to join our team in support of our U.S. based recruiting services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with SCRG, their clients and their clients' hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Actively cold calling potential candidates to increase our pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and appropriate SCRG staff members and SMEs, SCRGs' clients hiring managers and their appropriate senior management, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
  • Manage the offer process, including extending offers, and negotiating terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Represent SCRG in community and recruiting events.
  • Notify non-selected candidates.
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily recruiting questions.
  • Provide support related to recruiting, interviewing, document creation, etc., to involved SCRG and SCRG's clients principals.
  • Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel records in accordance with federal and state laws.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite.
  • *This is a remote role for a U.S. based candidate.
Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • PEO, EOR or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus.
