Position Overview: Service Minds is seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years, recent high volume recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for recruiting and identifying top talent.
