About the Role:

As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients during routine check-ups and critical health decisions. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Accurate Blood Draws: Skillfully collect and prepare blood samples, ensuring precision and patient comfort.
  • Patient Care: Build trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures and providing a positive experience.
  • Process Excellence: Adhere to strict protocols, maintain detailed records, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Phlebotomy Expertise: Proven ability to perform phlebotomy procedures, especially with pediatric and geriatric patients.
  • Customer Service Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Medical Assistant or Paramedic Training
  • Phlebotomy Certification (Required in CA, NV, WA)
  • Minimum 6 Months Experience in Phlebotomy
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Proficiency in Data Entry
