Senior Director, Talent Management and ED&I , you will lead our new Culture of Best by overseeing the talent and performance management processes as well as our learning and development strategy. In addition, this role will drive team and people management effectiveness initiatives and manage the ED&I operations and Business Resource Groups (BERGs) for the Kellanova North American Region. We are looking for top talent in Chicago, IL. This role will focus on building an inclusive culture where our employees feel they belong. This individual will work directly with the North America HR leadership team to foster an inclusive environment and drive accountability for results. Oversee and lead regional succession planning and talent review processes that include the identification, development, and career management of high potential employees. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Talent and Performance Management Process

– Execute core talent and performance processes with excellence (goal setting, mid-year, year-end, calibration) while building for the future around talent review, succession planning & people development committees. Manage & Oversee Leadership, Learning and Development Strategy

– Evaluate all current programs, assessments, and systems, and recommend validated, research-based LD programs. Deploy new Kellanova L&D Framework and key enablers (Learning Hub, Learning Academy, platform, curriculum). Launch core development programs with excellence. Team Effectiveness Support

– Equip teams with resources, tools, and materials to support team effectiveness initiatives (DiSC, MBTI, New Manager Assimilation, Learning Hub resources). Enhancing People Manager Effectiveness

– Drive people manager effectiveness through the people manager goal and Great Manager, Great Moments training & communications. Advancing ED&I Strategy & Data-Driven Culture Leadership

– Execute our ED&I Strategy on driving inclusion and evolve ED&I approach based on Kellanova needs, industry trends and ongoing external monitoring of ED&I landscape. Lead the evolution of our new culture, leveraging ongoing data and insights (GOS, exit survey, & OnDemand). We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Adult Learning or related field. Master’s preferred Extensive experience in learning roles with progressive increases of scope and responsibility Experience with Diversity & Inclusion programming/solutions Demonstrated ability to interact and effectively influence HR and business leaders Excellent facilitations and communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in the development of program design and implementation of learning initiatives Experience in Instructional design, presentation and facilitation, managing virtual teams, and leading large scale, complex projects are a must What’s Next
