We're looking for a

senior-level Electrical Engineer to develop autonomous platforms while leading the manufacture and test of existing designs.

You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of engineersto ensure the system design meets system and subsystem requirements.
What Youll Do

Architect, design, and develop next-generation robotic vehicles while supporting the manufacture and testing of existing designs
Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to conceptualize, specify and implement electrical architectures for new product developments including multi-stage integrated robotics systems, automation products, and commercial products
Generate design documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly and cable drawings
Responsible for the system-level design of electrical systems for autonomous vehicles related to sensor integration, drive-by-wire, etc
Specify and select electrical components such as microcontrollers, servo drives, sensors, and safety systems for robotics and automation uses
Capture electronics schematics and generate PCB designs for manufacturing
Perform board bring-up activities including embedded firmware development and circuit validation
What Were Looking For

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent in industry experience
7+ years of electrical design experience in the robotics field with tightly coupled electrical, mechanical, and software components
Highly competent in CAD tools including Altium, SolidWorks, or similar tools
Solid experience in one or more of the following: robotics, automation, embedded controls, high-speed differential signaling, microcontrollers, memory buses, power electronics
Experienced with ESD-safe practices and procedures
Highly skilled with testing and system integration
Expert technical knowledge and experience in schematic capture and PCB layoutin analogue and digital circuit analysis and design
