Your Role Delivers a unique client experience aimed at improving client financial wellbeing and creating loyalty. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Handles transactions such as account deposits and withdrawals, cash and check verifications, loan payments, money orders, cashier's checks, traveler's checks, foreign currency, cash advances, and U.S. Savings Bonds. Processes all transactions within authorized limits, including check-cashing limits, and obtains manager approval when necessary. Identifies opportunities through client conversations and makes referrals to consumer and commercial bankers. Requirements Excellent client service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of bank clients. Previous cash handling experience is advantageous. Proficient computer skills, including keyboard and ten-key pad usage, and basic knowledge of bank-wide systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. Adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions, maintaining confidentiality, and following both written and verbal directions from the manager.
