Ideal candidates will be customer-oriented, self-motivated, and possess the ability to work at heights and troubleshoot effectively. Field Service Engineer (2+ yrs electrical systems exp. req.) Responsibilities • Maintain product line through repairs, modifications, and maintenance • Prepare test and service reports; make suggestions for improvement • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as well as commissioning activities • Provide support to resolve malfunctions and diagnose abnormal performance failures • Program, deploy, conduct input/output tests, measurements and provide feedback • Develop and deliver customer training on products • Prepare tools, materials, permits, and travel arrangements as necessary • Accurately record all service activities per company protocols • Serve as the first line of technical support for product issues Field Service Engineer (2+ yrs electrical systems exp. req.)
