** Your Function:**

The Account Manager position will contribute to the sales plan and targets, according to Healthcare strategy and vendor/partner agreements.

**Responsibilities**

* Contribute to the market and sales plan and targets, within boundaries of BU strategy and vendor/partner agreements.

* Define and implement a dealer plan and targets in order to give systematic direction to and control over dealer support, sales and relationship activities.

* Identify sales opportunities with dealer organization and ensure follow up of opportunities within DLL sales organization.

* Visit dealer relations and prospective dealers, bringing to attention the vendor/partner program opportunities, in order to gain dealer support for vendor/partner program and originate quote requests.

* Generate and distribute quote proposals and rate cards to dealers and partners, on basis of quote requests.

* Support dealers and partners in their business activities (i.e., information, training and financing expertise), aiming at maximum exposure and knowledge of vendor/partner program with associated dealers.

* Signal improvement opportunities during program life cycle and introduce new and cross sell existing products and services to (local) dealer, in order to optimize service delivery.

* Structure complex transactions/big deals with (local big) dealer deviating from program agreement, in order to meet dealer business needs.

* Develop local new dealer business opportunities and establish a program agreement with local dealer (starting from a greenfield situation) and manage business relationship in the short and long term.

* Acquisition of new business relationships and management of existing and new business relationships with big local dealers. Structures big deals (multiple functionalities, multiple parties) which may deviate to some extent from existing vendor/partner program agreements.

** Your Profile:**

**Requirements**

* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in U.S.

* Solid insight and experience in the finance market and relevant lease market (incl. Assets).

* Solid insight in local dealer organization structure, its distribution channels and vendor/partner agreements

* Sales experience within the Equipment Leasing Industry

* Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and with clients / prospective clients.

* Travel, both national and international, may be required
