Job Description:Business Intelligence Analyst-Supply Chain will be based in Fremont, CA . In this position, you will report to theSoftware Development Manager. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for scoping out projects, creating technical requirements, and then seeing the project through to completion.Here is a glimpse of what you'll do...-Develop a deep understanding of business domain knowledge- Work across cross-functional partners to perform business analysis and translate into technical requirements.- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.- Collaborate with internal teams to identify business requirements, metrics, and KPIs- Contribute to data architecture design.- Identify and resolve data integrity issues- Enforce the best practices in UX designs-Develop frameworks to establish data governance and privacy compliance- Work with stakeholders closely and deliver artifacts based on agile principles- Design prototypes, recommend and build graphs to tell stakeholders' stories effectively, and share business insights clearly- Provide both verbal and written weekly status updates to all stakeholdersThis role will require technical breadth and strong communication and judgment skills. You will need to understand both the business side and data engineering side of BI so that you can be effectiveMinimum Qualifications- 5+ years as a strong business analyst in translating business needs into technical requirements in BI- 5+ years in analytics and system development.- High proficiency in SQL and database management.- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Knowledge of Azure SQL Database, Data Transformation, SSIS, SSRS SQL Server Reporting Services, SSRS, SSIS Packages, SSIS ETL, SSIS SQL Server Integration Services- Strong time management skills- Ability to deliver in a rapidly changing environmentPreferred Qualifications- Knowledge of process modeling- Knowledge of continuous improvements- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related business/analytical disciplineNEXRSRLI-cgundry-1At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
