We need you to take us to the next level 5 STAR and above The director of operations and client satisfaction will serve as a key leader in our organization, acting as the primary liaison between the CEO and the rest of the team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of the company's operations while upholding and nurturing our core values, behaviors, and culture. Additionally, the Director of Operations and Client Satisfaction will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining systems of accountability throughout the organization. What You'll Do: As the Director of Operations and Client Satisfaction, you will be at the helm of ensuring our operations run smoothly while our clients remain exceptionally satisfied. Leading a dedicated team of 16 professionals, you will: Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure efficient and effective operational processes across all departments. Enhance Client Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to continually improve client experiences and satisfaction rates. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage your team to achieve high performance and professional growth. Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Operational Strategy: Collaborate with the other department leaders to develop and execute operational strategies that support our growth and disruption in the market. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements and lead initiatives to streamline processes. Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and data to drive service enhancements and innovation. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, preferably as a director or a head of a department. Insurance / Operations / 5 Star hospitality / or other / we are willing to pull from other industries as long as you have experience to operate at a 5-star level Leadership : Proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams with a focus on operational excellence, cultural alignment, and accountability. Strategic Thinking : Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
