ABOUT THE POSITION

As an eCommerce Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the content across various digital platforms to drive sales, enhance user experience, and strengthen brand identity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, curate, and maintain compelling and consistent content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with business objectives. You will be supporting all three Crecera Brands - Sportsman's Guide, TGW.com, Baseballsavings.com.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Develop engaging and conversion-driven product descriptions, headlines, banners, and other content assets for eCommerce platforms.
  • Develop engaging blogs across multiple entities.
  • Curate and optimize images, videos, and multimedia content to enhance product visibility and appeal.
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and trends.
  • Optimize product listings and content for search engines to improve discoverability and organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance content visibility.
  • Manage content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and consistent content updates.
  • Regularly audit and update product information, pricing, and inventory availability.
  • Monitor user-generated content and reviews, responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and merchants to align content
  • Perform other duties assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce content management, preferably in retail or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques, keyword research, and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, and multimedia editing platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of golf, baseball and outdoors not required but preferred.
