Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative - Onsite

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative who will be working on-site handling inquiries related to Child Support Services while providing exceptional service through phone calls, chats, and emails. You will be highly customer-oriented, adaptable to changes in policies and procedures, and capable of working independently or as part of a diverse team.

WORK SITE: 10390 Peter A McCuen Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, shift - 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM EST

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Informing Parent Paying Support (PPS) options for making payments.
  • Registering PPS to make electronic payments Informing Person Receiving Support (PRS), the options they have for receiving payments: EPC, bank account/direct deposit
  • Informing Employers of the options for making payments for their employees who are ordered to pay child support Registering Employers to make electronic payments
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide high-quality service by effectively understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a friendly attitude while resolving customer issues.
  • Adapt to ongoing policy and procedure updates within the team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Strong computer and phone skills; proficiency in web-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions with confidence and provide resolutions effectively.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
