Responsibilities:
Warranty Administration Clerk
- MUST have experience in handling and processing claims and warranties
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the dealerships & accounting teams
- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
- Reconcile warranty company statements and issue payments
- Utilize computer systems to run databases & work with bank accounts to pay invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Warranty Administration Clerk
- Toyota warranty claim experience preferred
- 10 key skills
- Must have great customer service skills
- Good math skills and attention to details
- Data entry skills with attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable and a person of integrity
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while still maintaining accuracy
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
