Job Purpose & Scope:

Under general direction, reconcile various checking and general ledger accounts related to Loan Administration.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Reconciles assigned accounts at the assigned frequency.

  2. Research outstanding items and process transactions to clear them within a timely manner.

  3. Provides sufficient supporting detail as necessary for the transaction to be approved.

  4. Routes the completed reconcilements for approval and imaging.

  5. Produces accurate, thorough, and timely work, while meeting commitments and following policies and procedures.

  6. Manages and works on multiple projects simultaneously with varying responsibility and complexity.

  7. Maintains customer confidentiality at all times.

  8. Travels periodically on company business.

  9. Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

  10. Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

  11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
