This role focuses on growing business with existing accounts, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term client partnerships. About the Role: As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with the agency’s existing clients, focusing on identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth. You’ll be the go-to expert in understanding client needs and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations. This position requires a proactive and strategic mindset, leveraging your industry expertise to grow the business while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client partnerships and increase account revenue. Deepen relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and trust. Anticipate client needs and proactively propose creative production solutions that add value. Collaborate with clients to uncover new opportunities for services, campaigns, or projects. Strategize and execute plans to expand the agency’s footprint within client organizations. Partner with internal creative and production teams to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with client expectations. Advocate for the client’s vision while maintaining alignment with agency capabilities and goals. Attend industry events and stay informed about the latest in creative production trends to bring fresh ideas and solutions to clients. Monitor industry and market developments to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications: 10-15 years of experience in creative production, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and client relationships. Proven success in growing business with existing accounts and expanding client portfolios. In-depth understanding of the creative production industry, including current trends, best practices, and competitive landscapes. Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate client needs and propose innovative solutions. Additional Requirements: Must be able to conduct video interviews with the camera turned on.
