We have an immediate opening for a Real Estate Branch Manager Seeking an energetic, upbeat, positive Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team.

Manage one or more real estate sales office(s). Recruit, develop, train and maintain an effective sale and support team to meet objectives for profitability and growth. Work closely with executive sales management to contribute to the development and validation of plans, policies, and objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

Common job activities are listed below; actual position responsibilities may vary. Refer to your manager or human resources for specific duties and performance expectations.

  1. Represent and manage operations and sales for one or more real estate branch offices. Recruit, select, train, motivate, coach and retain sales associates for the successful performance of the branch office(s) and to meet company objectives. Provide direction, transactional expertise, business plan development and marketing know-how to sales associates. (40-45%)
  2. Develop, recommend, and implement programs and long-range objectives to achieve profitability, cost control, and organizational effectiveness with regard to new construction, market share, listing inventory, existing home sales, and implement special company initiatives (marketing, technology, cost management etc. (10-15%)
  3. Manage employee safety, selection and development, employee counseling and motivation and salary Lead and partner with staff to support sales associates' activities to ensure accomplishment of office objectives. Provide real estate expertise to staff. (10-15%)
  4. Track office performance metrics such as sales revenue, property statistics, customers, sales associate productivity, market share, Manage internal audit controls and standards to ensure they are within required guidelines. (10-15%)
  5. Stay up-to-date on the market, trends, skills, technology and related sales (5-10%)
  6. Actively promote affiliated company businesses and work to increase the capture rate of the affiliates. (5-10%)
  7. Provide effective and efficient working conditions, space, equipment, and a positive environment that will maximize the effectiveness of sales associates and employees in accomplishing the objectives of the branch office. (0-5%)
  8. Actively participate in community activities, local and state board of realtors, so the company will be viewed in the best possible light by clients, sales associates, competitors, and the public within the branch office location. (0-5%)
  9. Perform other duties as requested or (0-5%)

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics or related field with advanced professional management training; or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
  • Six plus years of real estate experience with two plus years of demonstrated managerial and supervisory experience.
  • Extensive experience in handling real estate transactions; knowledge of legal obligations of Realtors under state and federal laws, Department of Commerce Rules & Regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities; effective recruiting, training and managing performance of people; conflict/change management skills.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently. Strong organizational skills with a high degree of quality and detail
  • High degree of integrity; knowledgeable of the technical skills related to real estate; must possess financial skills to manage the operational budget.
  • Ability to work independently and under extreme deadline pressure; resourceful and action-
  • Ability to define and shape strategy yet possess a strong tactical orientation in order to obtain

  • Must be a licensed AZ broker
