Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Enterprise Services Branch Manager at Fort Huachuca, AZ in support of a large, mission-critical IT services and support program with continuous (24x7) operations. The Enterprise Services Branch Manager is responsible for all Active Directory, Data Services, Windows Server, A365, and Facilities technical requirements and SLAs associated with the mission.


Essential Job Duties

  • Complete complex or long-term engineering projects within budget and schedule
  • Communicate with peers and provide direction to team leads
  • Ensure teams meet established standards and policies
  • Verify employee training and proficiency
  • Collaborate with higher-level supervisors on staffing needs
  • Lead a group of engineers, analysts, technicians, and/or project engineers
  • Advise management on feasibility of future projects
  • Support DoDIN OPS Division mission and contribute to service, performance, and security posture of devices
  • Assess new services, technologies, and tools to improve monitoring and performance
  • Maintain CPI/CSI to improve service quality
  • Support DCO requirements and follow ITIL best practices
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks
  • Collaborate with Government Technical Managers, fellow Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs, and Leadership

Minimum Requirements

  • Active in scope Secret w/T5 clearance
  • HS +4 years technical/managerial experience or AA/AS +2 or BA/BS
  • IAT-II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) or higher is required.
  • Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army
  • Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Management, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, National Security Strategy, or a related field
  • ITIL 4 certification
  • PMP Certification
  • 3-5 years or more of supervisory experience

Work Environment

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
