We are looking for a

full-time, Scheduling Specialist

passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the

Director of Care Ops. .

What you'll do:

Member scheduling related activities for across all services Lead and manage ad hoc scheduling requests such as provider late cancellations, no-shows, bulk provider reassignments, ensuring coverage for members Assign new providers to bend platforms Lead the scheduling priority work queue, update providers on necessary activities to ensure members adhere to the care schedule. Lead and drive scheduling related platform implementations, improvements, and processes. Assist in coordinating provider Paid Time Off requests, ensuring members have coverage for outages. Manage calendar activities and appointments as necessary. Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Who you are:

Bachelor's in a psychology related field (unlicensed) or certified coach with experience in mental health Tech-savvy and comfortable with high volume workloads Organized, detail oriented and excited by a dynamic environment Warm and engaging Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals Bilingual abilities are preferred
