Job Summary: As the Sales Coordinator, your main role will be to assist the Power Generation Sales Team with administrative tasks. You'll work closely with teams across all company regions/territories. In this position, you'll play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring our sales processes run smoothly. Your great communication and organizational skills will be key in providing top-notch customer service and maintaining strong relationships. Job Details Work location: Pacific Power Group, Ridgefield, WA or Pacific Power Group, Kent, WA. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wage Range: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. Requirements Primary (Essential) Duties: Review multiple online plan centers daily for company scope. Prepare bid folders, download construction documents, and monitor plan center sites for future addenda when online project is brought in-house. Manage passwords for all online plan centers (large spreadsheet includes all small plan centers and private sites). Create Opportunities in CRM for all possible projects. Prepare substitution requests and submit to architect/engineer. Maintain CRM Program – close old quotes & opportunities, enter new accounts as needed. Keep budget pricing spreadsheets updated for sales team. Download MTU product documents from Partner program. Facilitate turnover process between sales and project management. Update CRM at project turnover to ensure all components, subcomponents and categories are accurately labeled for PM & accounting. Push quotes from CRM out to Sales System and the ERP. Set up OE and SROs upon project turnover. Create all submittal Purchase orders. Create new PM folders and transfer data from sales folders at turnover. Update projects in IPAS, monthly. Run weekly and monthly reports from CRM for Sales Director. Send specs to vendors for quotes (occasionally). Create quotes in CRM (occasionally). Interface with vendors, customers, and freight carriers. Create IPAS and CPQ quotes (occasionally). Project Coordinator support/back-up. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with others. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for internal/external customers. Experience/Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel. College degree in business/marketing or a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or coordination.
