This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and Volunteer Solutions and supports the Human Resources and Volunteer departments. Responsible for overseeing that new employees integrate themselves into the organization. Coordinates and facilitates weekly orientation programs and provides support to ensure a smooth transition for the new hires. Serves as a point of contact to all employees and volunteers referring them to the appropriate resource. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred. Two (2) years’ work experience administrative support capacity. Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail, must take initiative and be self-motivated. Excellent communication skills (i.e., writing, verbal, relationship-building). Ability to work independently and produce high quality results. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Must be self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner.
