Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Implement sales processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Development:
Cultivate relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Drive the acquisition of new customers through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our market presence and reach.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

Customer Focus:
Ensure a customer-centric approach across all sales activities and interactions.
Anticipate and address customer needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Foster a culture of responsiveness, reliability, and excellence in customer service.

Track Record of High Growth:
Demonstrate a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in previous roles.
Provide examples of successful sales initiatives, market expansions, and customer acquisitions.
Showcase your ability to lead teams to exceed aggressive sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of high growth.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a focus on driving results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
