Objectives:

Provide excellent customer service. Provides concierge level service to prospective clients of 89-Paint. Actively generates sales leads and provides service to leads cultivated by office personnel. Accurately quote the cost of a project using estimating software. Communicate clearly through all channels with customers and the production team to promote a smooth process.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  1. Performs estimates that are scheduled by the in-office customer care team.

  2. Provides quote through PEP within 24 hours of the onsite estimate (exceptions may apply)

  3. Communicates with office and production throughout via Nutshell, CompanyCam, email, etc.

  4. Quote must be entered correctly in PEP to effectively communicate to the production team

  5. Communicates with prospective clients until a client decision is made

  6. Provides communication to client throughout project as necessary

  7. Creates change orders if additional work is needed

  8. Actively generates sales leads

  9. Reads specs and provides commercial estimates and paperwork needed

  10. Follows up concerning invoices on accounts if needed

Education / Skills Requires:

  1. Excellent communication skills across all platforms

  2. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude

  3. Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft Suite

  4. Excellent time management skills

  5. Self-motivated

  6. Logical and quick problem solver

  7. Sales experience preferred
