This role will oversee and manage a team of three Area Managers across the South East U.S. market, driving regional sales strategy and performance. Key Responsibilities Responsible for overall direction and control of all sales activities for South U.S. Sales Continuously mentor and develop the sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training Directs sales leadership team in reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction Additional responsibilities include forecasting, quota assignment, and account and channel management Win major accounts in the South U.S. Qualifications 15+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives at a fast pace Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, vision and priorities in a B2B high tech environment for complex software products Experience in security and network and network/internet-protocol related applications in a telecom business environment required Proven contacts in major South U.S. accounts Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
