Job Summary: The WellBe care model is a Physician Led Advanced Practice geriatric care (care of older adults) team focused on the care of the frail, poly-chronic, elderly Medicare Advantage patients.

This population is typically underserved and very challenged with access to care.

To address these problems, we have elected to bring the care to the patient, instead of trying to bring the patient to the care. Care is provided throughout the entire continuum of care

from chronic care and urgent care in the home, to hospital, to skilled nursing facility, to assisted living, to palliative care, to end of life care.

WellBe's physician/advanced practicing clinician led geriatric care teams partner with the patients primary care physician to provide concierge level geriatric medical care and social support in the home as well as delivering and coordinating across the entire care continuum.

GENERAL SUMMARY This role will advance WellBes understanding of our patient's healthcare utilization and how we can reduce unnecessary healthcare costs while achieving better patient outcomes, and patient experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated proficiency of healthcare data sets, including medical claims, HCC, HEDIS, and be detailed oriented.

This role reports to the SVP of Data and Clinical Solutions and works closely with operational and clinical leaders.

The Reporting Consultant Sr will have ownership and is r esponsible for developing all companywide dashboards, reports, metrics and key performance indicators assets while also providing in-depth analysis and recommendations for improving/enhancing market performance. Documents, evaluates, and improves design of reports and processes to ensure that analytical tools evolve as the business changes. Develop trend analyses and other quantitative reports to determine business trends. Is an active participant in process improvement and problem resolution issues. Identify key insights and communicate to various stakeholders through the WellBe organization.

Job Description: SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Lead business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements Translate business requirements into specifications to design and implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources Develop actionable dashboards and reports to support care management and ACO operations Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems Own complex data projects and acts as a lead for other Reporting Analysts Provide analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas: claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis Work with key business owners to establish and meet their analytic needs and the analytic needs of the organization Work with Analytics teams to operationalize analytic and reporting innovations Lead migration of legacy reports from SQL Server sourced data to Snowflake Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your sphere of influence Create training and assist users in the generation of ADHOC reports Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes Must be able to perform duties with low supervision Other tasks needed to accomplish teams objectives/goals

Job Requirements: Educational/Experience Requirements

: BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered 7 years of reporting and dashboard development experience. Healthcare experience required. Deep Tableau experience required Required Skills and Abilities: 7+ years of experience working with Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, and visual analytic applications. Proficient experience in SQL or other similar programming languages. Some development experience in at least one scripting language (Python, R, etc.) is a plus. Analytical ability required to gather data, perform transformation, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems. Proficiency with business intelligence techniques & tools for the acquisition and transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information for business and analysis purposes. Knowledge of relational databases and EMR data structure. Advanced ability to problem-solve creatively and analyze processes and systems. Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries required. Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures. Knowledge of project and information management. Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams. Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities

Work Conditions:

Ability to lift up to 20lbs.

Moving lifting or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 50lbs as well as assist with weights of more than 100lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to drive to patient locations (ie. home, hospital, SNF, etc) Fine motor skills Visual acuity The preceding functions may not be comprehensive in scope regarding work performed by an employee assigned to this position classification.
