The Commercial Property Administrator role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to enter the property management industry. Wentworth Property Company is a dynamic growing commercial real estate company and developer. This position will provide administrative support to assigned Property Manager(s) for a portfolio of multi-tenant office assets in the Phoenix area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter new leases into property management platform
Collecting and maintaining tenant contact information
Tracking and updating tenant and vendor certificated of insurance
Process accounts payable
Create positive relationships with tenants, engineering team, and vendor partners, while addressing initial tenant requests and administering work order systems
Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting, annual operating budgets, and CAM reconciliations as needed
Oversee building access systems, tracking and reporting
Key management
Manage office supplies for corporate and on-site property office
Supports managers on special projects and daily operations where needed
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma required, bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting or industry related field preferred
KEY COMPETENCIES
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power Point
Yardi experience helpful but not required
