Job Description
A leading provider of Cloud Security and Identity Governance Solutions is looking for a Mid-Level Backend Java Engineer to join their engineering organization. Primarily this person will be supporting one of the company's main platforms around IGA, IAM, and PAM products. They will be primarily building the back end of the platform logging, authenticating, building capabilities and new features for internal teams. 99% of their time will be focused on the backend and the other 1% will be front end. This individual will be troubleshooting any bug fixes, or issues that occur along with working closely with customers or internal team members on requirements and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Java Application Development Experience
- Experience with Java Microservices via Spring/Springboot
- Experience working within a SQL or Oracle Environment
- Experience working within an Azure, AWS or GCP cloud environment
- General understanding or working knowledge of software security best practices and standards
- Experience with functional and/or systems integration testing
Plusses:
- Kubernetes, Docker or OpenShift experience
- Experience with Groovy or Ruby
- Past IGA or IAM experience
Compensation:
$65/hr to $85/hr.
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
- Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
