Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Java Engineer with proficiency in Node.js and Angular.js. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE projects.
- At least 2 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Angular.js/Node.js technologies.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and design.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with onsite teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading small teams, providing technical guidance, and managing work allocation.
- Commitment to quality and implementing best practices within the team.
- Ensure team functionality and productivity.
- Foster collaboration across all roles and functions.
- Strong client interfacing and analytical skills.
- Experience in the telecommunications domain.
- A desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
