Additional Information About the Role

BJC is hiring for a Sr. Financial Analyst. This is a remote position (Must live in the metro St. Louis area). The position will require occasional in-office attendance for department meetings. This role will support Barnes West County. The ideal candidate will have a financial analyst background, healthcare experience, and a general understanding of accounting.

Role Purpose Provides complex financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting operations, focusing on clinical service line analysis and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities Provides analysis of financial data, including clinical service line reporting, trend analysis, proformas, and forecasts, and monitors key financial metrics. Provides variance analysis of budget vs. actual results for assigned areas, explaining the causes of any material variances. Supports the development and analysis of operating and capital budgets, as assigned. Conducts research and provides analysis for external business intelligence, as assigned. Maintains and supports decision support databases, including updating cost allocations. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business/related Experience 2-5 years Supervisor Experience No Experience Preferred Requirements Education Master's Degree in Accounting/Business/related Experience 5-10 years Licenses & Certifications CPA
