A DAY IN THE LIFE_ I start each day by going through emails and answering anything that might have come in after hours as it relates to receipt of art files, printer or media related questions, or internal team requests such as quotes. The team then works the lists respective to their team/clients and has the capability to look head for what might be coming down the pipeline. There are weekly status calls for production with each team to ensure that the communication lines stay open with the client success teams as executions begin. Pre-production work ranges from gathering receipt of specs for units contracted, ordering materials, approval of proofs with client and the printer. Post-production work ranges from materials shipping, confirmation of receipt and scheduling, posting confirmations and final POP decks.
