The Intake Specialist/Office Assistant will work with clients and their families to determine their eligibility for benefits.

Hours: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Wage: $17.00 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Must have compassion for people and exceptional customer service skills
  • Must have excellent administrative skills
  • Non-profit experience preferred
  • Must be able to handle emergency situations
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Bilingual in English, Hmong, or Spanish is helpful
