The ideal candidate will excel in providing administrative assistance, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.What you will do:Your duties include, but are not limited to:Assist in preparing for audits by gathering, organizing, and managing relevant documentationProvide administrative support for special projects within the Compliance departmentCoordinate document management tasks, including tracking, reviewing, and controlling versions of policies, procedures, and compliance-related documentsEngage with contract vendors to maintain a list of current versionsFacilitate and coordinate Compliance training programs, as well as maintain accurate training recordsSupport the upload of OFAC scrub files to our vendor systemDevelop training documents and guides for departmental useTake meeting notes and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure completion of tasksAssist in scheduling meetings, training sessions, and other departmental eventsParticipate in meetings to stay updated on new developments, policies, and guidelinesOther duties as assignedWhat you bring:Must be available to travel for Department events3+ years of experience in a Compliance Coordinator role or similar experienceAssociate degreeStrong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with compliance regulations and procedures is preferredProficiency in document management, record-keeping, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentFHF Benefits...Great Perks - We offer generous salaries, competitive health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, LTD/STD, Identity theft, paid parental leave and much more), paid vacation, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, social activities, monthly lunches, a robust employee recognition and talent development program to enhance your career with us.Culture - We are believers in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
