Administrative Assistant Trillium Construction, repeatedly recognized as a "National Best and Brightest Company" to work for and ranked in the top 1% of staffing firms in the United States, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and assist in recruiting efforts in their Louisville based construction and skilled trades office. Administrative Assistants are responsible for: Responsible for greeting visitors and determining the appropriate application and evaluation processes to be utilized. Handling incoming and outgoing calls in an appropriate and professional manner. Managing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Maintaining a record of employee birthdays, sending out birthday greetings or reminders to colleagues, and potentially organizing small celebratory gestures like cards or treats to mark special occasions. Efficiently utilizing web-based job boards to source talent. Supporting branch recruiting efforts by developing internet-based recruiting campaigns. Assisting with payroll-related functions as needed. Maintaining adequate office supplies. Developing and implementing systems to improve administrative efficiency and communication. Collaborating and assisting subject matter experts on presentations. Utilizing presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) to create high-quality visuals, charts, and infographics. Monitoring compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards. Reliable and dependable attendance is an expected essential function of this position. Maintaining a positive attitude within a team environment and working well with others. Performing other related duties and projects as assigned.
