In this role, you will: + Lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product, with cross-divisional impact. Drive the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution. + Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers. + Coach technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Oversee product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary. + Facilitate strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders. + Lead the planning, development and implementation of new technical products with cross-divisional impact. Define and analyze technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans. + Influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. + Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. + Drive the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. + Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. What it Takes: + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. + Minimum of eight years related business experience.
