*The Purpose of Your Role*

As a Bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish), you will be responsible for interacting with clients, providing information, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client concerns.

*The shift is Saturday - Wednesday, from 10 am - 7 pm (with Thursday and Friday off). The position starts at $17.40. TCS also provides shift premiums for weekend and evening shifts.*

*Initial training will be conducted onsite and will transition to hybrid work. For this reason, candidates should be local to the greater Memphis area.*

*What Youll Be Doing*
* Answer inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, answer questions, and product functionality in a timely and professional manner.
* Identify and escalate priority issues. Route calls to appropriate resource, if needed.
* Set up and assist new accounts in the internal system, ensuring correct discounts are in place, and creating hard copy file accounts with all relevant information.

*What Experience You Need*
* Fluency in reading, writing and speaking both English and Spanish.
* High School Diploma
* Telephone Etiquette
* Office environment, customer service, or transportation industry experience.

*What Experience is Preferred*
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
* Microsoft Office
* Some college or equivalent experience.
