About the Job:

The DNP Operations Manager will work closely with the DNP Program Directors. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, budgets, data collection and analysis, and other administrative duties.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Demonstrating professional skills and interactions that support the mission and vision of the DNP programs and the university.

Overseeing daily operations and coordinating activities of DNP programs.

Developing and scheduling DNP program work plans in accordance with specifications.

Coordinating activities to ensure optimum efficiency with appropriate policies, procedures, and accreditation requirements.

Preparing periodic reports, financial statements, and records on DNP program activities, progress, outcomes, or other special reports.

Evaluating program effectiveness to develop improvement methods.

Collecting, assimilating, and reporting data for accrediting and approving bodies and grant reports

Assisting with budget preparation.

Ordering supplies as needed.

Maintaining an electronic record base for students in each DNP program.

Communicating effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect and customer service.

By actions, words, and lifestyle, be a Christian role model to students, whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.

Demonstrating awareness, respect, and appreciation for diversity of culture, background, race, sex, political views, expressions of faith, etc. and works well with a variety of people.

Other duties as assigned.

We're looking for candidates who have:

The ability to work independently on projects and produce exemplary work

Minimum of five years of administrative operations or project management experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and express their Christian testimony in a church. In addition, employees agree to live in agreement with the Community Lifestyle Statement and affirm the theological commitments expressed in the Statement of Faith.

Preference will be given to those who have the following attributes:

Administrative operations experience in higher education.
