Wiliot has a unique and compelling offering to the food and grocery vertical where we provide unparalleled supply chain visibility, tracking the location and temperature of RPCs (Reusable Plastic Crates) for pennies per month. As a **Business Development Executive**, you will identify, qualify and sell Customers for Wiliot in the food and grocery vertical. You will own the Customer journey and guide them through the onboarding experience from initial lead, qualification, to selling/closing them on Wiliot solutions. You will develop relationships with key players throughout these companies, from C-suite executives, to solution engineers and program managers. Youll help map their business objectives to Wiliots cutting edge IoT solution. Additionally, you will act as a voice of the customer in internal discussions with the product and solution teams to ensure our roadmap is aligned with next-generation opportunities our customers are looking for.
**Responsibilities**
* Engage new leads, understand their business goals, and move them through the customer and partner pipeline
* Leverage your experience and network in the food/grocery vertical to start/accelerate discussions with customers who can benefit significantly from Wiliot.
* Develop strong executive relationships with customers and sell them on the Wiliot solution.
* Become an expert on the Wiliot enabled solutions while keeping up with industry trends
* Function as the voice of the Customer and provide internal feedback on how program can evolve to best serve their needs.
* 20-30% travel
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of experience managing enterprise sales, with a focus on food/grocery, ideally selling RPC solutions.
* SaaS or other technology selling experience preferred
* Proven ability to work creatively with customers to solve their challenges
* Experience working with remote teams
* Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
* Ability to collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders
* Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
* Enthusiastic and creative attitude with the ability to inspire others
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
