S., M. S., or Pharm. D. degree from a school of pharmacy.Licensure/Certification: Must hold a valid license as a Registered Pharmacist from the State Board of PharmacyExperience: Must have one year as a Hospital Pharmacist or a M. S. , or Pharm D. and three months minimum on-the-job training. Prefer experience in a Coumadin clinic. Must have good verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Prefer experience and basic knowledge with Pyxis, Autopharm, EPIC, and related software applications.
