The Benefits Analyst is responsible for benefit plan administration for all Frandsen CompaniesThis person is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the health and welfare plans, retirement plan, and leave of absence process.This person will work closely with the identified benefit broker ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects of benefit administration. The Benefits Analyst handles inquiries from employees and assists with resolution of issues and questions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Initiating, tracking and completing benefit enrollment, changes and terminations.
  • Coordinating all aspects of Open Enrollment each year for all Frandsen Companies.
  • Communicating with managers and employees across multiple organizations to administer and manage employee leaves of absences.
  • Managing payment, tracking and reconciliation of invoices across multiple organizations.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law requirements.
Qualifications
  • Degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP and/or CEBS certification preferred.
  • UKG experience preferred.
