Here at Capstone Atlanta, we are looking to hire a Recruiter to manage our rapidly growing enterprise. Stepping into a dynamic Leadership Team, this individual will oversee the full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding great financial representatives.
A successful recruiter will collaborate with the Leadership Team on a regular basis and proactively identify needs. Our ideal recruiter has a background in financial services combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing advisor candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts and retains the best candidates, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
Perform full cycle recruiting including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, pre-screening interviews and contracting.
Significantly contribute to a culture of innovational recruiting and build a best-in-class candidate pipeline.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and the Leadership Team to identify talent needs and ensure successful recruitment campaigns.
Develop and execute recruitment and sourcing strategies in order to meet the talent needs.
Conduct regular reviews of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Work with the Marketing Department to prepare recruiting materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, websites, etc.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the enterprise.
Promote Capstone Atlanta as the “best place to work.”
Requirements And Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is required with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the Financial Services Industry required.
Must have a working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
In office position based out of one of our offices.
Hands-on experience with sourcing, engaging, and interviewing techniques.
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage effective and cooperative working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and offices.
Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
Proven leader seeking continuous career growth.
Previous experience recruiting for insurance agents, financial planners and advisor roles.
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with an ATS.
Knowledge of the financial services industry.
A track record of delivering strong results.
Creativity when sourcing new candidates.
