Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams on large or complex projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Analyze complex project-related issues and devise innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
  • Develop and implement long- and short-range project plans, as well as set objectives, strategies, tasks, and schedules.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Implement knowledge management practices to capture, share, and manage project knowledge across the organization.
  • Design and deploy workflow automation and business process automation solutions, incorporating Power Platform (especially Power Automate) and RPA tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the integration of project requirements with organizational goals.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks, resolving issues, and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Stay updated with advancements in project management, knowledge management, workflow automation, business process automation, and relevant technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large or complex projects, with a significant background in knowledge management and the implementation of workflow/business process automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (especially Power Automate) and SharePoint, including the design and implementation of solutions using these platforms.
  • Proficiency in using RPA tools to automate business processes, with a solid understanding of how automation can be leveraged to improve project outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills, with the capability to tackle complex project challenges.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills, with proven experience in developing detailed project plans and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in motivating and leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at engaging with executive leadership, project teams, and clients.
  • Knowledgeable in current project management software, automation tools, and the latest in technology trends related to project execution and management.
