Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead and grow our next wave Enterprise Data Center sales and sales team.Reporting to VP/GM Americas the role will be responsible for a key vector of our multibillion $ growth journey. This is an opportunity of a lifetime to shape a growth journey in a hugely dynamic industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to VP/GM Americas the role will be responsible for a key vector of our multibillion $ growth journeyIncludes direct dealings with large Enterprise Data Center customersDevelop our Enterprise channel structure and incubates our leading Enterprise 5G solutionsDevelops and executes strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.Drives adoption of large Enterprise Data Center strategies, resources, and best practices to develop and drive these engagements maximizing customers’ valueCreates and communicates sales goals and ensure executives are informed of progressBuilds and maintains long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.Reports on trends that shifts strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.Brings impactful market insights into customer engagements to close dealsCoaches and leads their direct and linked team to collaborate with external partners and internal teamsProvides direction/guidance on the development of solutions across regionsHelps the team to develop plans to drive value for customersLeads a team to explore emerging opportunitiesIdentifies and develops new market strategy by leveraging technical, industry expertise, partners, and resourcesParticipates in regular strategic planning reviews for their assigned geography

Job Requirements:

A bachelor's or associate degree in business and/or EngineeringRequires 10 years experiences in large Enterprise Data Center business and 5 years managerial experiencesFully understands the Enterprise Data Center market, the trends, the people and the technologyHave deep experience from Key account management and Channel managementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.Proficiency in of two ways selling - bridging customer requirements with QCT core capabilitiesTeam Player who leads by example and is execution focused.
