Job Description: Contract Talent Coordinator [Q4.23]

Manager looking for someone who will hit the ground running with a lot of experience coordinating interviews.

Software required: Google Sheets and Slack.

Major Entertainment Company

You will be responsible for delivering high-touch, efficient interview logistics that reflect the Company culture and include thoughtful local cultural nuances. This requires close collaboration & partnership with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, panelists, executive assistants, and peer Talent Coordinators.

Be an Optimizer - You find the most efficient way to coordinate the logistics of an interview and also deliver an incredible experience for both our candidates and stakeholders.

Two years of Talent coordinator experience.

You are proficient with Google Workspace and are familiar with recruiting.
