JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Test

new technologies

and infrastructure upgrades Review and

resolves

simple trouble tickets from End User Services or IS Engineering teams Create and update technical documentation Manage and troubleshoot end user applications Monitor software updates and patch management advertisements Provide

reports to the IS team Monitor server and client components BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

field

a
