Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a compelling product strategy and roadmap that aligns with our adaptive and autonomous security vision, addressing the evolving needs of SaaS-based enterprises while championing inclusivity and accessibility. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct extensive market research and analysis, gaining a deep understanding of customer pain points, emerging trends, and competitive landscape, focusing on diverse customer segments. User-Centric Product Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, security research, and data science, to create user-centric product solutions prioritizing inclusivity, ease of use, and robust security outcomes. Agile Product Delivery: Lead and inspire agile product development teams, driving the successful execution of product roadmaps, managing priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure alignment with market needs, incorporating diverse perspectives throughout the product lifecycle. Competitive Differentiation: Identify unique market opportunities and develop strategies to differentiate Oleria's products through innovative features, cutting-edge technology, and inclusive design. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights and analytics to drive product optimization, make informed decisions, and continuously improve product performance, security, and user experience. Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition, features, and benefits of Oleria's products to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders through various channels. Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to envision and execute product strategies that drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership. Solid technical understanding, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and the ability to grasp complex security concepts. A deep passion for understanding user needs, advocating for inclusivity and accessibility, and delivering exceptional user experiences that empower customers. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights and market trends to inform product decisions and measure success. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences while fostering inclusivity and transparency.
